Whether you’re supporting multiple storefronts under one roof or managing distinct brand experiences across different e-commerce properties, this update puts more control and clarity into your hands.

🎯 Why it Matters

Before, views would group tickets regardless of their store origin, making it harder to create store specific views. This is especially useful for multi store organizations and agencies managing several brands within a single Gorgias account.


⚙️ How to Set It Up

Setup is easy:

  1. Edit or create a View.

  2. In the Filters panel, click “Add Filter”.

  3. Choose “Store” from the dropdown.

  4. Select one or more stores you want this View to include.

  5. Click “Save”

Your View will now only show tickets that match the store(s) you’ve selected.
