We’ve made it easier to understand how your AI Agent is performing across stores by putting the right metrics in the right place.
What’s new:
Overview page (per store, last 28 days):
AI Agent automated interactions (tickets fully resolved without human intervention)
CSAT on tickets where AI Agent was involved
GMV influenced (if using Shopping Assistant)
These KPIs give you a quick health check for each store at a glance.

Statistics > AI Agent > Overview:
For a deeper dive into the global automation performance, you’ll now find the Overall Automation Rate and AI Agent Automation Rate here.
With filtering support, this page is your single source of truth for detailed analytics.
