We’ve just released a new feature: Unassign on reply. From now on, if you’re assigned on a Chat or Messenger ticket, leave Gorgias, and the customer sends a new message in the ticket, the ticket will be unassigned from you so that someone else can jump in and answer to the customer. This should help everyone reduce the response time for some chat tickets.
This behavior is enabled by default for all accounts, but you can deactivate it in the Settings > Chat assignment section.
