We are happy to announce that we have released our Twitter integration for advanced customers!
Advanced and enterprise customers can now receive and respond to mentions, replies to their Tweets, and quote-tweets from within the helpdesk!

When will it be available for all customers?
We are currently working on building out an app store, in which basic and pro customers will be able to access the integration for a small monthly fee. More information coming soon.
When will Twitter DMs be available?
We’re hoping to launch Twitter DM capability extremely soon. Our engineers are making the finishing touches and we will make a separate announcement very soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
