Ticket Search cut-off

We're updating how far back search results go: Search will cover tickets from the last 20 months.

• This is rolling out progressively across accounts between now and September, so you may see the change at a different time than others.

• Older tickets are unchanged: they stay in your account, remain viewable, and are still accessible through views, filters, and exports. Only the search index is affected.

• Fewer than 1% of search clicks reach past this window, so you should not see much differences.
