TikTok Shop offers its own native integration since April 2026, so we’re sunsetting the Gorgias-built TikTok Shop app on Friday, October 30th 2026.
The native app offers an improved experience with order details and search, returns/refunds and shipping context, order/logistics cards, and ticket-close sync into the Gorgias workflow.

What this means for you if you are still using the Gorgias app:

  • After Friday 30th October, the Gorgias [Sunset] TikTok Shop app will be removed from the app store and therefore will stop syncing new messages and orders.

  • Your existing tickets and history stay in Gorgias.


What to do:

  • Install the official TikTok Shop app available in the App Store.

  • Un-install the Gorgias app [Sunset] TikTok Shop
