Shopping Assistant can now detect and use your store's Shopify automatic discounts during conversations with shoppers — turning existing promotions into active conversion tools.

When a shopper is browsing or hesitating, Shopping Assistant will naturally surface relevant active offers to nudge them toward a purchase. Whether it's a free shipping threshold, a site-wide sale, a collection-specific promotion, or a Buy X Get Y deal, the assistant knows about it and uses it at the right moment.

No discount codes needed. These offers apply automatically at checkout.

How It Works

1. Shopping Assistant syncs your active automatic discounts directly from Shopify — no setup required

2. During conversations, it identifies when a discount is relevant based on what the shopper is browsing and their cart

3. It mentions the promotion naturally, matching your brand's tone:

   • "You're just $10 away from free shipping — adding one more item will unlock it."

   • "Our jeans collection is 25% off right now — want me to show you the top picks?"

4. You stay in control: choose which automatic discounts Shopping Assistant can mention in your AI Agent settings

Supported Discount Types

• Free shipping thresholds (with geo-eligibility)

• Amount off orders (site-wide percentage or fixed amount)

• Amount off products (collection or product-specific discounts)
