We’ve made it easier for agents to get the full picture of a customer’s journey, without leaving Gorgias.

What’s new

  • Shopify orders now appear directly in the Customer Timeline
    Each order is displayed as a card, showing:

    • Order number

    • Status (e.g. Paid, Unfulfilled)

    • Date

    • Total amount

    • Item count

  • Filter timeline by interaction type
    You can now choose to display only Tickets, only Orders, or both, making it easier to focus on the context you need.

  • Order info at a glance
    Order cards surface key details right in the timeline.

    Why this matters

    • Less back-and-forth: Agents no longer need to switch tabs to Shopify for basic order info.

    • More context: Quickly see what a customer has ordered alongside their tickets.

    • Smarter workflows: Filtering options keep timelines clear and focused.
