What’s new
Shopify orders now appear directly in the Customer Timeline
Each order is displayed as a card, showing:Order number
Status (e.g. Paid, Unfulfilled)
Date
Total amount
Item count
Filter timeline by interaction type
You can now choose to display only Tickets, only Orders, or both, making it easier to focus on the context you need.Order info at a glance
Order cards surface key details right in the timeline.Why this matters
Less back-and-forth: Agents no longer need to switch tabs to Shopify for basic order info.
More context: Quickly see what a customer has ordered alongside their tickets.
Smarter workflows: Filtering options keep timelines clear and focused.
