The self-service portal is now available for all users with a Shopify store. The self-service portal allows your customers to check out their orders statuses, tracking numbers and shipping information without needing to connect with an agent. Your customers can also easily send templated messages to your agents, allowing you to easily respond or automate the most common order status questions.
