Agents can now see return status info: “Returned” or “Partially Returned” directly in the order widget, right inside Gorgias.

Why it matters:

No more toggling between Gorgias and Shopify just to check if an item was sent back. This small update saves time and prevents errors caused by missing context.

What’s new:

  • Return status is now visible in the sidebar, next to fulfillment status.

  • If only part of an order was returned, you’ll see “Partially Returned.”

The impact:

  • Fewer clicks to Shopify = faster, more confident replies
