You can now see exactly why an action succeeded, partially succeeded, or failed, right where you need it.

Event logs are clearer: each event now opens with a plain-English summary, a natural-language explanation of the outcome, and the linked ticket, so you and Gaia can spot what went wrong and catch patterns across an action's failures at a glance.

In the ticketview, AI Agent reasoning and the AI feedback tab now surface that same status just as clearly. Hover for details or click through to the full event log, no more switching back and forth to piece together what happened.

Before, a failed or partially successful action was a black box: you knew something happened, but not why, without digging through the logs. Now you have full transparency into every action's outcome, and so does Gaia. Gaia can read these explanations to understand why actions are failing and recommend fixes, bringing intelligence to every success and failure, whether you're reviewing it or Gaia is.

This is a first step toward AI Agent auto-assessing and fixing its own failing actions.

Head to a ticket's AI feedback tab or Event Logs to see it in action 🚀
