Getting started is simple – just set up your filters and click "Save" to create a preset. Your saved filters are now available on the right side of each report.
New statistics filters
For automate subscribers, we have introduced new Quality Management filters to help you filter reports by tickets that received specific scores for deeper data analysis. You can now filter by:
Satisfaction Score
Language Proficiency
Resolution Completeness
Communication
