We're excited to announce that you can now test Actions end-to-end directly in the AI Agent Test page – no more guesswork or production testing required!
What's New
Full Action testing: When you enable the new "Actions" toggle in the Test mode, your AI Agent will perform real Actions just like it would with live customer conversations. Test order cancellations, refund processing, inventory checks, and more.
Safe by default: Actions mode is OFF by default, so your existing testing experience remains unchanged. We’re giving you full control over when and how to test.

How to Use It
Navigate to your AI Agent Test page
Look for the new "Actions" toggle at the top right
Enable it when you're ready to test Actions end-to-end
Ask questions that would trigger your configured Actions
Watch your AI Agent perform real Actions in real-time
⚠️ Important: When enabled, Actions will execute against your live systems (Shopify, etc.). Use test orders and non-production data when possible.
