To take advantage of it, just enable Order Management in your Automations → Connected Channels page → Contact Form channels → Enable Order Management. 💡 Pro tip: click on “Try it live” under the channel preview to test with a dummy order, and see what your customer’s experience is like without generating any tickets on Gorgias.
