New channel: Facebook recommendations
We’ve added a new channel to our Facebook integrations! You can now get your Facebook page customers recommendations in Gorgias. To activate this feature, simply go back to the settings page of your integration and check the box
Enable Facebook recommendations.
**Gorgias will then create a ticket for every new review or new comment on a review **under the new channel
Note that Gorgias will create only one ticket per review, so all comments will be collected on the same ticket. Replying from Gorgias will create on Facebook a top-level comment on the concerned review.
