We've shortened and standardized the attribution window for revenue across all reporting in Gorgias. Both Shopping Assistant and the Revenue Report now use a 3-day attribution window. Previously, Shopping Assistant used a 7-day window and the Revenue Report used a 5-day window.

Why this matters:

  • Faster insights – Most conversions happen within the first 3 days, so your data will reflect results sooner.

  • Consistent reporting – Both reports now use the same attribution period, making it easier to compare the impact of Shopping Assistant and human-assisted sales.

  • Sharper measurement – This change offers a more precise view of performance.
