We’ve reorganized AI Agent reporting into a dedicated AI & Automation section with two main pages: Overview, which provides a holistic view of automation performance across your AI Agent and automation features; and AI Agent, which offers a deeper look at performance, with sub-reports for Support Agent and Shopping Assistant.

A consistent layout, designed for clarity
Each page in this section follows the same structure, so once you know one, you can navigate them all: four key metric cards at the top with trend indicators vs. the prior period; two side-by-side charts, including a bar chart that breaks down performance by channel, store, or feature and a line chart that shows how metrics change over time, both adjustable via dropdowns; and a detailed table below where you can sort and reorder rows for deeper analysis.
Dedicated reports for each AI Agent role
The AI Agent page surfaces the metrics that matter most for performance, with sub-reports for Support Agent and Shopping Assistant, each tailored to how that role contributes to your support operation.
Customizable views and more granular data
Open the customization panel to add secondary metrics or reorder columns in the performance table. Use the chart measure and dimension dropdowns to adjust the view. Your preferences are saved per user, so your dashboard stays consistent each time you return. Channel and Store filters are available across all reports for more granular analysis.
A detailed metric glossary for more transparency
Every formula is now documented in a metric glossary article, so you always know how a number is calculated.
