We’ve introduced two updates to make it easier to manage and review AI Agent conversations.

New "πŸ” To review" view

A dedicated πŸ” To review view is now available under the AI Agent section in your sidebar.
This view automatically filters tickets handled by AI Agent that haven’t received feedback yet, making it easy to see which conversations need your attention.

New "AI Agent feedback" filter

You can now filter tickets by AI Agent feedback in both Views and Advanced Search.
This filter allows you to:

  • Show tickets that have received a specific type of feedback

  • Show tickets that have received feedback

  • Show tickets that haven’t received feedback yet
