We’re redesigning the AI Agent navigation menu to simplify and improve your ability to set up and manage AI for your store. The new menu layout mirrors the ideal workflow for managing and optimizing AI Agent: Analyze → Train → Test → Deploy.

Here’s what’s new:

• Clearer Path Forward: The new structure guides you through the steps to optimize your AI Agent. No more guessing what to do next.

• More Actionable Overview: See performance at a glance with key metrics like automated interactions, CSAT, and revenue influenced.

• Better Multi-Store Navigation: Manage multiple stores more easily with a single, streamlined menu and clear status indicators.

• Simplified Tools: We’ve reorganized and renamed certain sections to make them easier to find and understand—like “Intents” (formerly Optimize).

This update is all about making AI Agent easier to use and more impactful whether you’re just getting started or optimizing for peak performance.
