Want your AI Agent to resolve more inquiries, faster?Great news: Our latest updates to Actions let you connect to new tools, add order notes in Shopify, and gain more control over how Actions fire, so your AI Agent can fully resolve even more customer requests on its own.

📝 Add Order Notes within Shopify
💡 How it works: This Action lets the AI Agent automatically add a pre-written order note in Shopify as part of a larger workflow. For example, in an “edit address” flow, the brand can include a step that adds the note “AI Agent address change, please review.” This helps teams track what the AI Agent did and take follow-up actions if needed.

Create a new Actions and select Add Step to find these new capabilities.
🛠️ Usability improvements
We’ve also made small but impactful updates to make working with Actions even smoother:
More flexibility with confirmation settings
You can now uncheck the “Require customer confirmation” setting when configuring an Action.💡 Why this matters: While we recommend keeping confirmation enabled to avoid mistakes, we understand that timing is crucial. If a customer delays their response (like confirming an address change), the Action may no longer be possible. Now, you can proceed when needed.

Smarter integration selections
Finding the right integration is now faster and easier. Apps that are already installed or recently used will automatically appear at the top of the Action step dropdown.💡 Why this matters: This small tweak shows you tools that you currently use, surfacing the Actions most relevant to you.
