Now, when a colleague @mentions you in an internal note, you'll receive a notification right within Gorgias. No more digging through emails or wondering if you've been mentioned!

Here's how it works:

• Instant Alerts: A brief "toast" notification pops up at the top of your screen, letting you know you've been mentioned.

• Direct Link: The notification includes a handy button that takes you straight to the relevant ticket or conversation.

• Easy Dismissal: If you're busy, simply dismiss the notification – it'll disappear after a few seconds.

Notification Center:

But that's not all! We've also added a dedicated notification center where you can find a history of all your mentions. Never lose track of where you've been tagged – simply access the notification center to review past notifications at your convenience.

Customize Your Experience:

We know everyone has different notification preferences. That's why you can easily control your in-app notifications in your Settings.

• Enable/Disable: Choose whether you want to receive in-app notifications for @mentions.

• Sound: Adjust or mute the notification sound to your liking.
