Instant Notifications: The moment an email you've sent fails to deliver, you'll receive a system notification. No more guesswork.
One-Click to Resolution: Clicking the notification takes you directly to the specific message within the ticket, where you'll see a clear banner explaining the delivery error.
Clear In-Ticket UI: We've updated the ticket interface with a prominent “Not delivered” status and a warning icon, so the issue is impossible to miss.
For Admins: Gain Team-Wide Oversight
Complete Visibility: Admins receive the same real-time notifications as agents for all failed messages, providing a complete, live picture of deliverability health across the entire helpdesk.
Identify Systemic Issues: This makes it easy to spot patterns, identify if a specific integration is failing, or diagnose configuration problems that need to be escalated to your IT team.
