We’re rolling out a new notification preference that lets each teammate mute notification sounds while on a call.

Early access is available now in Settings → Labs.

Once an account admin opts the Gorgias account in, each teammate will be able choose whether to enable this preference in Settings → Notifications.

We plan to make the feature available to all accounts on October 26, after which all accounts will be opted-in by default. The preference will remain off by default unless an individual user turns it on.
