We had recently decided to remove the intent feedback feature. After the update, many reached out with valuable feedback. We therefore decided to bring back the ability to edit intents on ticket messages, to enable you to achieve accurate numbers in the intents statistics page. We were not aware of how important it is for some of you to have precise intents statistics.
While initially the main purpose of this feature was to collect data to improve our intent detection AI system, we have now collected sufficient data thanks everyone who contributed! Moving forward, we will continue to grow the size of the training dataset through in-house data annotation from here on, and we will continue to improve the intent detection.
As a result the ability to adjust the detected intent is back, but it will only affect the results shown in your own intent statistics page.
