Based on your feedback about robotic-sounding voice notifications, we've enhanced the audio quality across all voice messages, including greetings, call recording notifications, and other automated announcements. Your callers will now hear natural, professional-quality voice messages that better represent your brand.

New customization options

You now have full control over how your voice messages sound. For each step in your call flow, you can customize:

• Language & Accent: Choose from English (US, UK, or Australia), Spanish (Spain), French (France or Canada), or German (Germany)

• Gender: Select either male or female voice

Automatic updates

We will begin migrating all existing phone lines to the improved voice quality in phases. The default setting is English (US) with a female voice, but you're free to adjust these settings to match your brand and audience preferences.
