In the past, we have heard some customers reporting inconsistent greeting message behaviors and frustration with the greeting message length requirements.
We are happy to announce that we are releasing a much-needed flow change to our greeting message to ensure uniform, stable greeting message behavior and no more time limitations on greeting messages.
What all is fixed?
This improvement to our greeting message resolves the following reported bug issues:
Greeting messages can now be longer than 30 seconds
The greeting message will no longer play outside business hours for affected customers
The greeting message will no longer play multiple times for affected customers
More consistent ring times for agents
