We are glad to announce that, along with a redesign of our Gorgias chat settings, we have introduced the ability to change the Shopify store associated with a given chat. As a reminder, advanced features such as Self-service depend upon which store your chat is installed on.

This new feature is available in the settings’ Installation tab, in the One-click installation block.

To change the associated Shopify store, you first need to uninstall and disconnect the previous one. To do so, click on the trash icon next to the “Uninstall” button:

Then, click “Connect” to choose a different Shopify store:

Select the store on which you want the chat to appear, then click “Connect & Install”:

That’s it! You are done.
