You can now ask Gaia to turn any answer into a file: a PDF report, a CSV of the data, or an interactive HTML report. This works in any Gaia chat and in your Routines.

Why it matters

Before, Gaia’s answers stayed in the chat. Now you get a file you can use right away:

  • PDF for a clean recap to read or forward

  • CSV for the raw data, ready for your spreadsheet

  • HTML report for a polished report you can click into and explore, built to share with your team

Every number comes from your real data and matches your Gorgias reports.

Try it

  • Weekly recap: “Every Monday, create a PDF recap of last week’s support and AI Agent performance.”

  • Deep dive: “Why did CSAT drop this month? Make it an interactive report with example tickets.”

How to access

Open Gaia and ask, for example: “Turn that into a PDF” or “Make this an interactive HTML report.” To get a file on a schedule, add the same request to a Routine’s instructions.
