Filter Voice statistics by business hours

Another improvement to Gorgias Voice, aimed at cutting noise in your stats and improving the accuracy of reports.

You can now filter Voice statistics, both in the Overview and Live dashboards by when the call happened - inside or outside the business hours set for your account.

This should help, for example, with filtering out missed calls outside business hours.

Data will be backfilled up to January 1st, 2025, so you will be able to apply the new filter on voice calls after this date.
