A new Assigned Team filter is now available in all Ticket Statistics pages, giving you a clearer and more reliable view of team performance over time.

Until now, you could filter metrics using the Agent filter, which also offered a shortcut to select all members of a team. This method simply expanded the filter to the agents currently in that team… useful, but not ideal when agents change teams frequently.

With the new Assigned Team filter, you can now choose between:

  • Filter by Agent - including the existing team shortcut (unchanged)

  • Filter by Assigned Team - a brand-new way to view metrics strictly for tickets assigned to a specific team during the selected period, and not the team the assigned agent is currently part of.

This means your team-level insights are now accurate regardless of agent movement, helping you track true team performance trends over time.
