Export ticket message content from reporting drill-downs

What's new: You can now export up to 1 month of ticket message bodies directly from your reporting drill-downs.. Previously, getting the message content out of Gorgias meant either pulling it through the API or filing a support request for a manual CSV export. Now it's a self-serve option, just pick "Export with message content" when you trigger an export.

Who this applies to: All accounts. The new option appears as a choice in the existing ticket export flow, alongside the standard "Export metadata only" option.

Why it matters:

  • Self-serve access: no more waiting on support tickets or building API integrations to get message content out.

  • Better data for deeper work: pull raw message bodies to run quality reviews, audit agent responses, train internal models, or analyze conversations in detail.

  • Two clear options: keep the lightweight metadata export (up to 2.5 years of data) when that's all you need, or grab the full message content (up to 1 month) when you need the whole conversation.
