We’ve upgraded Imports in Gorgias! Starting today, you can pull in emails from Gmail and Outlook 365 mailboxes connected as forwarding addresses. That means you can easily import historical conversations whatever setup you decide to use

Forwarding mailbox support

Imports now work for Gmail and Outlook accounts set up with forwarding, you are no longer limited to direct integrations.

One place for everything

All imports are now handled from the Imports section in Settings. Simple, clear progress bars, consistent, and centralized.

(And yes, imports for native Gmail and Outlook integrations still work exactly as before.)

Increased flexibility

You can now pick how far back you want the import to run as well as have multiple import tasks in parallel

⚠️ Reminder: The option to run imports from integration preferences will soon be removed. Use the Imports section in Settings for all future imports.
