Once a call ends, agents need a moment to complete essential follow-up actions.

šŸ’” What is Wrap-up Time?

The Wrap-up Time feature allows you to temporarily pause incoming calls to your workstation, giving you dedicated time to complete your post-call tasks. During this pre-set interval—ranging from ā²ļø 10 seconds to 6 minutes—you won’t receive any new calls. And if wrap-up time doesn’t align with your workflow, you can easily disable it at any time.

Instead of being immediately available for the next call, this feature gives you breathing room between conversations. You’ll have the time you need to update your CRM šŸ“‹, take notes šŸ“, and manage follow-up actions—ensuring a smoother, more organized call-handling experience.

šŸ”§ You can configure the Wrap-up Time feature directly in your Voice Queue settings.
šŸ•¹ļø By default Wrap-up Time feature is turned off.

āœ… "End Wrap-Up Time" option

The "wrap-up time" feature activates after any incoming call lasting more than 20 seconds. If you complete your post-call tasks before the timer runs out, you can make yourself available for new calls sooner.
