What’s new?

Now you can set waiting music that perfectly matches your brand’s vibe:

• Custom MP3 Uploads: Upload your own music or audio file (up to 3MB, .mp3 format).

• Default Music Library: Choose from our curated collection of tracks, including timeless tunes and professional tones.

What happens during integration?

• New Integrations: Default waiting music will use this new feature automatically.

• Existing Integrations: Current waiting music will remain unchanged unless updated.

How to set up?

• Head over to Settings in Gorgias Voice.

• Select the phone integration where you want to add waiting music.

• Choose from the Default Library or upload your Custom Recording.
