What’s included
Create reusable Business Hour sets (name, schedule, timezone)
Assign to any integration; others follow your Account Default Business Hours
Cleaner SLAs & rules
Get started (2 steps)
Settings → Business Hours → Create a set
Select integration(s) and assign (for Voice, you can also set business hours directly from the Voice line settings)
Try it now in Settings → Business Hours. 💬📞
