The order management flows currently take a lot of place in the chat widget. Additionally, the 4 possible flows: track / return / cancel order and report an issue redirect to the same order management screen and are therefore redundant.
We decided to merge all order management actions into a single button exposing a unique entry point to the shoppers to “track and manage [their] orders“. This will allow you to provide more quick answers to your shoppers in the future and well as defining a much clearer entry point to managing your orders.
You can still control which order management options are available for your shoppers from the order selection screen by activating individual order management flows from your order management flow setting page.
