Do you have a Gorgias Chat set up on your website and a Gorgias Help Center?

As of today, you will be able to connect your chat to your help center to improve communication with your users.

How to

  1. Go to your help center’s preference tab.

  2. Use the toggle button to enable the chat widget on the help center. You can select which chat to use if you have more than one.

  3. Click Save Changes to apply the changes.

  4. Use the language select box on the top-right corner to set a different chat for a different language.

  5. The chat should now be displayed in your help center!
