Auto-assignment limits are live!
You can now select the maximum number of tickets an agent can be served by the auto-assignment for both “Chat & Messaging” tickets (chat, messenger, IG DMs, SMS,…) and “Other text” tickets (email, comments….)
To do so, just head to Settings -> Ticket assignment 🤖
