How to switch to the new chat

Starting June 29, you can switch to the new chat at your own pace:

  1. Open Chat appearance in your Gorgias settings and preview the new design — your live chat stays unchanged while you explore.

  2. Adjust your appearance settings until it looks right for your brand.

  3. Go live when you're ready. During the opt-in window you can switch back at any time.

New to Gorgias? You're already on the new chat by default.

Why It Matters
