We just released the new “create order” action for Shopify! You can now create Shopify orders from Gorgias for existing Shopify customers, with all the features and options that Shopify has, including:

  • add existing products via the search input
  • add custom items
  • change quantities
  • add a note
  • add tags
  • apply discounts
  • add shipping
  • charge taxes
