We recently improved the experience of sending single messages in Facebook Messenger tickets!
You can now:
Add inline images to your Facebook Messenger replies
using the button in the reply area or by pasting images from clipboard
Add attachment(s) in the same message without being necessary to send one with text and one with attachments
Use macros that have inline images and/or
Create auto-reply rules:
with text + inline images for Facebook messenger

When messages are split, in helpdesk you see them as being sent from the same user instead of
