We’re excited to announce the ability to perform actions (closing tickets, applying a macro, and more…) on a view.

When you select all the tickets of a page, you will now see a bar asking if you want to select all the tickets of the view instead.

This will enable you to perform an action on big amounts of tickets.

You can for example apply a macro on all the tickets that came in through a specific integration if you have a view that only contains those tickets.

Applying a bulk update is also available on the result you’ve got from a search.
