We’ve just added the ability to sync continuously Zendesk tickets, comments and macros! 🎉

This option will be enabled by default right after initial import being finished.
To deactivate this feature, simply go back to the detailed page of your import and press the pause button. ⏯

To activate it back just press the resume button. ▶️
