New feature
Macros will be automatically selected and pre-filled in your response when our artificial intelligence system identifies that it’s relevant to the question with more than 80% certainty ⚡️
This feature is automatically enabled for all users. However, you can easily decide to disable it on your personal preferences. Here’s how to do so:
Click on your user name on the bottom left of the panel.
Click on “Your profile”.
Under "Account Preferences”, enable/disable as you see fit.
Our goal is to enable you to delight your customers by allowing you to get back to them faster 🚀
