We are happy to announce that we now support Direct Messages for our Twitter integration.
Advanced and enterprise customers can now receive and respond to Twitter direct messages from within Gorgias!
How can I get started?
Navigate to any existing Twitter integration or add a new one and check the Enabled Twitter direct messages option.
