Shopper’s activity in chat ticket view

Ever had a hard time figuring out if the shopper was still on the live chat ticket? We have an update for you 👌.

Chat tickets will now benefit from the following improvements:

  • We added a delivered ✓ and read icon ✓✓ for each message sent by agents to shoppers (just like in WhatsApp)

  • We added a cue to let agents be aware when a shopper is currently writing 💬

  • We moved the last seen on chat information from the Customer panel (right of the screen) to the ticket conversation as a clear 🟢 or 🟠 icon over the shopper avatar.
