Rich text and hyperlinks support in chat

New feature

We have added the ability for agents to send messages with rich text formatting and embedded hyperlinks when replying to a chat ticket in Gorgias! That also means chat campaigns of course👌
Now when viewing a chat ticket, you will see additional buttons in the text editor that will let you insert bold, underlined, and italic text, as well as the ability to create hyperlinks, insert inline images (even GIF!) 🌅 and add emojis 😎 to your message.

The client will receive the formatted message with the styling and hyperlinks intact.
