We are pleased to announce that now admin users can try and configure flows on Help Center, Contact Form, and Chat under the new “Try it live” test mode.
Navigate to the “Connected Channels” page of your automation settings, and click on “Try it live“ button. Note that the test mode won’t generate any billable events, and you won’t create any tickets on your Gorgias helpdesk — so you could test the automation flows and see for yourself how your customer would interact with the automated flows, and make adjustments as needed.
When you are in test mode, notification will appear at the top of the page:
And now you can try the automation flows without generating billable tickets! For more details, check out our help article here.
