We are happy to announce that Order Management flows are now available on Contact Form, and now you can direct your customers to self-service on chat, help center, and contact form ๐

To take advantage of it, just enable Order Management in your Automations โ Connected Channels page โ Contact Form channels โ Enable Order Management. ๐ก Pro tip: click on โTry it liveโ under the channel preview to test with a dummy order, and see what your customerโs experience is like without generating any tickets on Gorgias.
