๐ŸŽ‰ We are thrilled to announce New Automation Settings!

Since it is a significant change in how our settings are designed, we will proceed with a staged rollout. The new experience will start rolling out on Tuesday, March 28th, and should be available to everyone within a few weeks.

We're also excited to announce that Automation Add-on features, including quick responses and article recommendation, are now available to non-Shopify merchants. If you're using BigCommerce or Magento, you can now take advantage of these powerful automation tools to streamline your customer support and improve the shopping experience for your customers.

All Automation-related settings are now accessible via a dedicated โ€œAutomationโ€ tab, located conveniently in the drop-down navigation menu. This includes Rules, Macros, Ticket Assignment pages, and Automation Add-on features. You no longer need to navigate through different pages to access each automation feature, making it much more efficient to set up and manage your automation settings.

In addition, we have updated the Automation Add-on feature pages to make them more user-friendly. These updates include easing the setup process and providing improved customer previews on Chat and Help Center.
